Kubica fourth in French rally

Robert Kubica finished fourth on the Rallye du Var today in France. The Renault Formula 1 driver was in a Clio S16 for the French asphalt rally, sharing with Jakub Gerber, three and a half minutes behind the winner Cedric Robert (Peugeot 307) The event was Kubica's third rally outing of the season, following his entries at the Rallye d'Antibes and the Monte Carlo Rally earlier this year. Renowned all-rounder Stephane Sarrazin finished third on this weekend's Rallye du Var in a Peugeot 207, behind runner-up Bryan Bouffier, also in a 207.
