The singer and her agent boyfriend are still going strong when it comes to their relationship, but now Trawick, 39, is on a different career path. He has decided to leave William Morris Endeavor to oversee the arts and entertainment brand for a company called Famos.
"Since meeting Britney, his priorities have shifted and he would much rather be home at night with her and her boys," says a source close to Trawick.
The decision to leave the agency where he represented talent like Spears and Taylor Swift, was not easy, according to the source. "It was the only company he worked for since arriving in L.A." says the source. "He has been approached by different firms over the years, but nothing ever made him make the leap until now."
At his new position with Famos, Trawick will oversee the company's arts and entertainment brand, f*star, a partnership with musician and media impresario, Dave Stewart and legendary Rolling Stones' frontman, Mick Jagger.
Trawick himself calls the move "a very exciting opportunity for me professionally," and says he's "humbled to be a part of such a visionary partnership."
And his new gig will hopefully leave him more flexibility to spend time with Spears.
"With his new job, it sounds like he will be able to work from the road and that's ideal when your girlfriend is about to start a worldwide tour," adds the source.
Meanwhile, Spears, 29, has been working out for more than six hours a day to get in shape for her North American tour, which kicks off June 16 in Sacramento.
