The Saturdays star Frankie Sandford likes to give her friends an honest opinion but says she never seeks advice herself.

Frankie Sandford refuses to take advice.

The Saturdays singer - who is now romancing soccer player Wayne Bridge following the demise of her two-year relationship with McFly bassist Dougie Poynter - says people come to her if they want an honest opinion on their situation, but she prefers to learn from her own mistakes.

She said: "All my friends say they come to me when they want to hear the truth. I will say it how it is.

"Personally, I like to learn my own lessons. And when people are like, 'He's a bad guy, he's a player', I don't listen.

Every player eventually meets someone who makes them stop f***ing around. Everyone deserves a chance.

Despite her views, Frankie loves catching up with her bandmates - Vanessa White, Rochelle Wiseman, Una Healy and Mollie King - and admits they discuss everything in their lives.

She told more! magazine: "We're all so loud. Mollie is the loudest when we go out - and she doesn't even drink.

"We talk about everything. Mainly just a load of crap.

"In the morning, you kind of think, 'That made sense last night but it doesn't now.' "
