Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry wants his fair share of time with their daughter. The model, 35, has filed legal papers asking to be recognized as Nahla's father and requesting joint custody of the 2-year-old girl.
According to People.com, Aubry filed papers on Dec. 30 in Los Angeles Superior Court, which say that he and Berry already had signed documents relating to the paternity of Nahla, whose last name is listed as Aubry.
Nahla was born in 2008, two years after Berry and Aubry began dating. They split in April 2010.
Aubry is also seeking a court order to secure that he and Berry have joint physical and legal custody of their daughter.
