Not going away without a fight, it is being reported that the man who?s been accused of stalking Sarah Palin has plans to visit Alaska.
Federal agents learned that Shawn Christy told family members of his intention to travel to Wasilla in hopes of removing the restraining order issued against him.
A legal order was given to him to stay away from Palin and her close friend, Kristan Cole, after he sent them threatening emails and letters.
Shawn - who lives in Pennsylvania - has not been spotted in Alaska so far, but has already filed a motion to remove the protective order, while Cole recently filed new documents in hopes of blocking the stalker from ?dissolving? the restraining order.
