Paz de la Huerta (l.) is facing assault charges after allegedly hitting Samantha Swetra.A reality show stunner is suing the HBO hottie who she rumbled with at a chic Manhattan nightspot.
Samantha Swetra of MTV's "The City" filed suit Friday against "Boardwalk Empire" actress Paz de la Huerta over their 4 a.m. fisticuffs last month at the Top of the Standard.
De la Huerta is facing assault charges after allegedly socking Swetra in the face, flinging a glass at her and leaving her bloodied.
The brawl of the beauties was set off when Swetra - who was seated with troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan - reportedly mocked de le Huerta for tripping and crashing into a table.
Police said de la Huerta fired back by clobbering Swetra in the face, then tossed a glass that cut her rival's leg. A source told the News last month that Lohan picked shards of glass from Swetra's legs before exiting the club.
"I'm a real actress - HBO. She's a publicity seeker, a fake actress," prosecutors said de la Huerta told cops after the March 20 fracas.

A lawyer for Swetra could not be reached for comment on the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
But a lawyer for de la Huerta said there's another side to the story.
"We plan to tell our side in the courtroom, with real facts," said Jamel Oeser-Sweat. "Paz thanks her friends and fans for their continued support."
The suit seeks unspecified damages from de la Huerta for acts that were "extreme and outrageous in character" and that left Swetra suffering from "severe nervous shock and mental anguish."
A Manhattan judge this week issued an order of protection to help keep the peace between the feisty ladies.
