Actress Lindsay Lohan is free to leave her home after service 35 days of house arrest.
The actress served her home confinement at her California home, after pleading no contest to leave her misdemeanor necklace theft.
Lindsay turns 25 on July 2nd, so gets an early birthday gift.
Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the sheriff?s office, stated, ?She completed her home detention today and she?s now back under the supervision of the courts and probation.?
Lohan will have to resume her community service hours at a women?s shelter in Los Angeles as well as her janitorial duty at the morgue.
The actress will also have to attend her court-ordered counseling and has to complete called Shoplifters Alternative.
?She is very focused on resuming her community service obligation,? says her rep.
Lindsay will be on probation for the next three years and is due for a progress review on July 21.
