Macho Man Randy Savage died from a serious "cardiac event" he suffered moments before plowing his car into a tree last month -- this according to the Pinellas County Medical Examiner.
According to the medical examiner, Savage suffered from cardiovascular disease -- and the deadly "cardiac event" resulted from the condition.
According to the toxicology report, Savage tested positive for alcohol and hydrocodone (an opiate) during the time of his death ... but neither played a role in his death.
As we previously reported, the wrestler's brother said Savage experienced a heart attack before the accident -- and that's what caused him to lose control of his vehicle on a Florida highway and slam into a tree.
Situated north of the border, Katy Perry celebrated the launch of her debut fragrance "Purr" in Toronto on Thursday (June 30).
Rocking her newly reddened coif, the "Firework" singer was in cheerful spirits as she greeted and signed autographs for her many mans at the Sears in Eaton Centre.
Miss Perry, 28, made sure to update her millions of followers on her doings, as she tweeted prior to the event, "On my way to launch PURR in TORONTO! FINALLY CA has PURR avail to them! P.s. If u see a ginger haired girl that looks like me, it's me! #yay"
Previously describing her fragrance offering, Katy told press, ?It?s very sweet. It?s kind of like the Goldilocks of perfume - it?s not too much. It?s not too forgettable. It?s just right."
The pair, rumored to have split earlier this month, was photographed laughing and affectionately touching each other as they took in Day Nine of the tennis tournament.
Middleton, 27, brought Loudon, 30, as her date to big sister Kate's wedding to Prince William on April 30.
But following the televised royal nuptials, Middleton saw her fame rise exponentially ? thanks in part to wowing home viewers with her enviable body, flattered by an Alexander McQueen gown.
"Pippa has become very high-profile, and it's put a strain on things," a source had told The Sun on June 13. "They're moving in different circles."
Reports of a breakup were seemingly validated when it became clear Loudon, a cricket player-turned-businessman, hadn't been seen with his brunette beauty for several weeks.
At the sporting event, however, they seemed to be making up for lost time.

Middleton and Loudon walked into the venue with their arms around each other. At one point during the match, in which they sat and chatted with her parents, Loudon rested his arm on her leg.
And according to Us Weekly, he was also seen leaving Middleton's London apartment early Friday morning.
While it's possible the two have rekindled their romance ? or never let it flame out in the first place ? it's also plausible Middleton and Loudon simply parted on good terms.
After all, when she hasn't been with him, Middleton has frequently been seen with another ex: George Percy, the 27-year-old son of the Duke of Northumberland.
The two even attended a tennis game together on June 9.
Perhaps Middleton's true love is reserved for the sport?
Paris Hilton can now go to sleep feeling a little safer these days. The man convicted of attempting to burglarize her L.A. home last August has been sentenced to two years in state prison.
According to E! Online, Nathan Lee Parada was found guilty of felony attempted first degree burglary in April.
The prosecution argued that Parada came to Los Angeles from the Redlands, bought a star map to locate Hilton's Hollywood home, and walked to the heiress' house armed with two knifes.
In an interview conducted after he was apprehended by authorities, Parada claimed his intent was to "get money to go live on a deserted island."
Both Hilton and then-boyfriend Cy Waits were home during the time of Parada's attempted intrusion, and testified in court against him.
"I drew the gun on him and I screamed at him to drop the knives," Waits told the court, adding that Hilton ran to find a phone after they heard Parada trying to break open a window with the end of a knife.
Waits then went outside to try to talk to the intruder.
"I was polite in the beginning," he said, until Parada began to walk away. "He turned around and smirked and that is when I saw he had two large knives, a large steak knife and a large buck knife."
This isn't the first time Hilton has had a scary burglar-related incident at her home. In 2008, the infamous teenage 'Burglar Bunch' reportedly stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry, clothing, handbags and other luxury items from Hilton before they hit up other stars' homes.
Hilton talks about the the most recent burglary incident involved Parada on the first episode of her new Oxygen reality show, 'The World According to Paris,' starting around the 0:38 minute mark below.
Out of the Mouths of Babes: Mom Lori first dismisses daughter Alaska's Nordic good looks as "cookie-cutter," then proceeds to advise her dancing 8-year-old with this gem: "You're not a stripper, but shake your butt a little bit." The best part is Al's reply: "Why would you even say that?!" Ha! Further props to Alaska for later sagely noting, "You are one of the crazy moms."
Fairy Glitzmother: At first we were annoyed with nail technician Debbie for ragging on little Olivia's semi-glitz styling, but then she lent the 7-year-old a free cupcake dress to compete in. Awww, truly sweet.

Steel Magnolia bandmates Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones planning to marry in July of 2012.
The Steel Magnolia stars told Country Weekly they plan to get hitched on Joshua?s birthday next year, July 10, 2012.
Meghan isn?t certain about that date, saying, ?We were thinking about it. We?re going to see,? she says. ?See, he just thinks July 10 because of his birthday and I?m going, ?Well, do you know if it?s a Saturday? Is it a Tuesday?? He doesn?t think about those things.?
Joshua and Meghan actually got engaged four-and-a-half years ago, after dating for a year. Jones gave Linsey his great grandmother?s antique ring, but Meghan wears it on her middle finger of her left hand because it?s too big.
?We?re technically engaged,? Linsey says. ?He?s waited so long that he?s going to have to re-ask.?
Meghan revealed, ?We went to Vegas for the ACMs and we went to dinner and we?re sitting there with our friends. We?re like, ?We should just go get married. Why not???
?And we ate too much,? Joshua says. ?And we were tired,? Meghan adds. ?So we feel like we?re married because we?re too tired to get married. It?s like an old couple or something.?
Lindsay Lohan was released from her house arrest sentence (that she was serving in her luxurious $7,000-a-month Venice Beach rental, and was allowed to have parties with alcohol whenever she wanted,) Wednesday morning at 11 a.m.
I guess she didn?t want to disappoint everyone who mocks and stereotypes her, because she beelined straight for a club, Lexington Social House, to lounge and smoke. A witness who was also at the new Hollywood hot spot Lexington Social House gabbed to Radar Online. According to them, Lindsay was pretty tame and sipped on sodas all night. The only real damage she did was to her lungs. From Radar:
?Lindsay and her assistant and a bunch of friends were hanging out at the club,? an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. ?She was sitting on the outdoor patio chain smoking and talking to some guys and girls about silly things, like what the perfect height was for a girl.?
Lindsay?s assistant handed her what looked to be sodas all night long, while she chatted away with her friends.
In other Lilo gossip, Gawker reports she?s now besties with techie rock star Sean Parker (a.k.a the dude Justin Timberlake played in The Social Network,) even though she got him kicked out of Bungalow 8 five years ago. A lot changes in five years. Bygones.
Lohan and her siblings partied at Parker?s ridiculous rented castle during Coachella this year. They may or may not have gotten buzzed together on coke, but they definitely scarfed down caviar worth more than most people?s houses, and wondered, in their satiated and ennui-addled states, what the poor people were doing.
Normally, it's actual athletes that are taking steroids to bulk up, not actors playing athletes.
Charlie Sheen has just admitted in a new Sports Illustrated interview that he decided to take performance enhancers for his role as Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn in 'Major League.'
"Let's just say that I was enhancing my performance a little bit. It was the only time I ever did steroids... I did them for like six or eight weeks. You can print this, I don't give a f**k. My fastball went from 79 [miles-per-hour] to like 85."
Sheen went on to say that he quit the drug after losing control of his temper.
While on steroids, he almost got into a fight at a bar after some patrons were making fun of the wacky haircut he got for the role, "I didn't like the haircut because it generated so many comments in bars. I've got enough of that already. Add that to the mix, and it's a recipe for a fistfight," he says.

French finance minister Christine Lagarde was today announced as the first female leader of the International Monetary Fund. She takes over from Dominique Strauss-Kahn, beginning her five-year term on 5 July.
With a background in law, rather than economics, Lagarde made her mark as the first and only female economy minister of a G8 country to date by surrounding herself with strong advisers and by using her impeccable English and media savvy to get her message out. The Financial Times named her last year the best economy minister in the eurozone and Forbes ranked her the 17th-most important woman in the world.
Her role at the heart of the eurozone debt crisis was probably crucial in securing her new position with the IMF. She has been a champion of eurozone solidarity, urging the likes of Germany and France to pull together to support weaker members. She also played a key role in securing a 750 billion euro (673bn) EU-rescue fund during the debt market crisis in 2009.
Talking about negotiations such as these, Lagarde has said that her understated, feminine approach can prove an asset when dealing with male peers.
The chancellor, George Osborne, hailed Lagarde as "good news for the global economy and for Britain". He said "She is the best person for the job, which is why Britain was one of the first countries to propose her. She has been a strong advocate for countries tackling high budget deficits and living within their means."
President Nicolas Sarkozy described the appointment as a "victory for France", even though her departure leaves him vulnerable to attacks that the strong female cabinet presence he promised has evaporated.
?I am deeply honoured by the trust placed in me,? said Miss Lagarde of her new role.
LOS ANGELES - As part of a public-outreach campaign to keep motorists away from the Sepulveda Pass during a planned 53-hour closure of the San Diego (405) Freeway, Metro officials turned to the Internet today to field questions from people curious about how they should get around.
During a one-hour live web chat, Metro executive director of highway projects Doug Failing and K.N. Murthy, executive director of transit project delivery, answered questions ranging from how people should get to the airport to why the entire freeway must be closed and why the closure is scheduled on a summer weekend with heavy beach demand.
"We are communicating early so that people who want to go to the beach can plan ahead or go a different weekend," Failing said. "This first closure is during the summer. And although there is a bit more traffic during the summer, these trips are also discretionary and there is flexibility in these trips. We also coordinated with the local schools along the Mulholland corridor and to reduce the congestion it was well-timed to schedule during summer vacation."
The freeway closure is expected to cause traffic nightmares the weekend of July 15-18. Officials have been warning motorists for weeks about the forthcoming closure, which will clear the road for the beginning of demolition work on the Mulholland Drive bridge over the freeway. The demolition is part of a $1 billion freeway improvement project through the Sepulveda Pass.
The northbound 405 Freeway will
be closed for a 10-mile stretch between the Santa Monica (10) Freeway and the Ventura (101) Freeway. The southbound freeway will be closed for four miles between the 101 and Getty Center Drive.
Freeway ramps along the closure area will begin closing around 7 p.m. July 15, with some lanes shut down as early as 10 p.m. to ensure full closure by midnight. The lanes will remain closed until 5 a.m. July 18, with all ramps expected to be reopened by 6 a.m.
During the closure, Sepulveda Boulevard will be designated as an alternate route for area residents only, but the road is expected to be heavily congested nonetheless. Metro, city and county officials have been urging residents to avoid the area altogether.
Failing and Murthy said during the web chat that electronic freeway message boards would not be providing any recommended alternate routes, since those routes would immediately become jammed. They noted, however, that Metro was working with GPS companies such as Tom Tom, Magellan and Garmin to provide real-time traffic information.
"Citizens of this area have adjusted to traffic conditions in LA," Murthy said. "This will be a little different. So, planning ahead, avoiding the impacted area or staying home will be a good option."
Failing compared the closure to the 2009 shut-downs of the Bay Bridge in San Francisco for repair work.
"They prepared in exactly the same way we're doing here -- notifying everyone and using the same techniques we're following," he said. "Somehow everyone coped with the closure. My understanding is that BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) had near-record ridership and the ferries were pretty full. Everyone made the best of it."
The Natural Resources Defense Council, which released its annual report released Wednesday, found that beach closures and advisories across the country increased by 29 percent in 2010 compared to a year earlier.

LOS ANGELES - Those envisioning July 4 celebrations at the beach may be swimming at their own risk according to a new study that found the number of beach closures nationwide due to dirty water soared last year.
The Natural Resources Defense Council, which released its annual report Wednesday, found that beach closures and advisories across the country increased by 29 percent in 2010 compared to a year earlier. The conservation group used data from 3,000 locations nationwide and found that waters in Louisiana, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan had the highest levels of contamination.
"It's a summer rite of passage," said David Beckman, a senior attorney who directs the nonprofit's water program. "Unfortunately it can also make you sick."
Eleven percent of California's beaches reported elevated levels of bacterial contamination, the largest amount in five years. Among those at the top of the list were Avalon Beach, Cabrillo Beach and Colorado Lagoon in Los Angeles County, Poche County Beach and Doheny State Beach in Orange County and Candlestick Point in San Francisco County.
Most bacterial contamination occurs during winter, when heavy rains overload storm drains and sewage systems, washing waste into the
sea.
Swimming in such pollution can cause gastrointestinal, respiratory and other illnesses and is of particular risk for children and the elderly whose immune systems may not be as strong. The Environmental Protection Agency estimates that up to 3.5 million people become ill from contact with raw sewage from overflows every year.
Swimmers are advised not to swim near storm drains or go into the waters within 72 hours of a rain when pollution levels are typically higher.
The kids from 'Jersey Shore' have made their triumphant return from Florence, Italy and are right back to where it all began, Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
The partying cast have wasted no time getting back to their old tricks and have been spotted doing their GTL thing, aka going to the gym, getting a tan and doing (or have someone do) their laundry. That combination of letters, affectionately and often used as a verb, has now found its way into the heads and hearts of so many fans.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his pal Pauly D were spotted arriving back to their shore house, post gym, with their laundry in tow while housemates Snooki and JWoww were snapped coming out of a local tanning salon to round out the GTL for the day.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Hank Goldberg on Friday approved a request by Brooke Mueller Sheen to garnish any payments Warner Bros. Television makes to her ex-husband.
The former couple was divorced on May 2, about two months after Warner Bros' fired Sheen from Men. The actor and the studio have been fighting over payments ever since.
The hefty monthly payments are intended to support the Sheens' twin sons and were part of a divorce settlement they reached earlier this year.
The actor's spokesman Larry Solters declined to comment. Brooke Sheen's attorney did not immediately return a phone message.

The blood of an adorable 3-year-old Yorkie named Banks is on Rick Ross' hands ... according to a lawsuit filed against the rapper.
Banks' owner is suing Ross -- claiming 3 pitbulls escaped from Rick's mansion in Atlanta back in April ... entered her property and ferociously attacked her tiny pet Yorkshire Terrier.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the yorkie suffered "3 large bite wounds on his back " along with a "very large bite wound" around his neck.
Cops were called to the scene -- and officials managed to free Banks ... but his wounds were so extreme, that the owner had no choice but to euthanize her beloved companion.
Investigators eventually cited Ross for the incident -- but the owner wasn't satisfied so she filed suit, demanding Ross fork over $15,000 in damages and court costs.
We're told the owner is especially upset because Ross has NOT apologized for the incident.
Calls and emails to Rick's camp have not been returned.
Here's a brief summary of what the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will do during their 11-day tour of Canada and the USA:

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who caught some of Monday's tennis action at Wimbledon, will be making their first official overseas trip.
This time they're not trying to take our guns, but they will almost certainly grab our attention.
Prince William of Wales and his bride, Catherine, the newly minted Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, arrive in North America on Thursday, headed first to Canada and then to Southern California on an 11-day tour, their first overseas assignment since their glittering nuptials April 29.
It will be William's third visit to Canada and his first official visit to the USA; Catherine hasn't been to either country and is "beyond excited" about the trip, says her biographer, British journalist Katie Nicholl, writing in Vanity Fair.
But it's fair to say Canada and California are beyond excited, too, not to mention the news media.
"They are the celebrities of the royal world," says Melanie Bromley, West Coast bureau chief of Us Weekly, which is revving up for non-stop coverage of the visit.
"Before, royals were seen as archaic and stuffy and old, and (readers) were not really interested," she says. "Now we've got two royals who even look like celebrities. I've been bureau chief for four years, and this is the first time we're covering a royal couple with so much interest" from the public.
Few are more excited than the celebrity media, now vastly larger and more pervasive than even during the Princess Diana days. Is Kate the answer to their hopes for a new Diana-like sure-thing cover girl?
"It's such a completely different era," says Simon Perry, chief foreign correspondent heading the team of royals reporters who will cover the tour for People. "Diana was a big hit in America, and Kate and Will are showing they can be a hit, too. She is a lovely, fresh face but probably not a 'replacement' for Diana."
Canada, Britain watching
The Canadians anticipate unprecedented coverage of the couple's tour of six cities there. As of this week, according to Canadian Heritage, the department organizing the tour, more than 1,300 media personnel had signed up for credentials ? 1,122 from Canada alone.
"When (Queen Elizabeth II) visited Canada last summer, there were 18 international journalists on the trip," Canadian Heritage minister James Moore told the CBC. "On this trip, 274 international journalists are coming. It is by far the largest and most covered royal visit Canada has ever seen."
There's also widespread excitement in the U.K., says Caroline Millington, showbiz editor for the British magazine Women's Own. "They've already done a great job of boosting the profile of the monarchy in the British Isles, and the hope is that their magic is an exportable commodity," she says.
Americans and Canadians will be watching them to see what they do and say. (William is expected to make short speeches at multiple stops; Kate is not expected to say much publicly.) Most of all, they want to see what she's wearing. (She's expected to bring dozens of outfits for the trip.) The British at home will be watching to see how the couple perform as representatives of the kingdom and as a future king and queen.
"We'll be looking for good humor, accessibility, openness, transparency, glamour, romance, balanced with professionalism, regality, and a little bit of pomp," Millington says.
Doing their royal duties
The duke and duchess are arriving on a Canadian Air Force jet, and they will return home from Los Angeles on a scheduled British Air flight, not on a private or royal plane, thus saving hundreds of thousands of pounds. They are expected to stay in the British consul general's residence while in L.A.
The schedule during the three days they will be in California ? July 8-10 ? will conform to the usual mission of royal visits: flying the flag and promoting philanthropy. They will focus on talking up U.K. commerce and culture, highlighting USA-U.K. ties and raising money for royal causes.
William will play in a polo match in Santa Barbara (tickets are going for $4,000 each) to raise money for his charitable foundation; the duchess will present the trophy to the winner. The kleig-light event of the visit will be a sit-down dinner for the British Academy for Film and Television Arts (William is president), aimed at introducing young British talent to Hollywood executives and studio bosses.
And don't rule out the possibility of an unscheduled appearance. "They're quite good at surprising us," Bromley says. "The schedule looks completely jam-packed, but I do wonder if there's going to be some sort of A-list encounter or photo op we're not expecting."

Linda Hogan claimed on 'Today' that she suffered domestic abuse from her ex, Hulk Hogan.
It seems Linda Hogan had a reason to be afraid of her wrestling star ex-husband Hulk Hogan.
In her new memoir, "Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes," the 51-year-old reality star discusses her ex's angry behavior at the time they were married and the domestic abuse she claims to have endured.
"He tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls," she wrote. "I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages."
During an interview with Matt Lauer on the "Today" show Tuesday, Hogan revealed the reason why she believes her ex turned ugly.
"Drugs were always around ? prescribed," she said. "[Wrestlers have] always got injuries you know. There was a constant flow of pain pills, anti-inflammatories, steroids?a lot of them did take steroids. Combined? It makes somebody ? you don't know what you're dealing with."
She says the drugs, which she alleges he used, changed her husband into a man she no longer knew.
"He did not feel remorse," she added. "And to this day he's never apologized for any of his actions?but that is something that scared me. I don't want to be a statistic like Nicole [Brown] Simpson."
But, even though she suffered wrath from her ex-husband, she never spoke up about it ? until now.
"I was afraid to say anything," she confessed. "Had I said something, the carpet would have been pulled up from underneath his career. I don't know what my kids would have done. They were little at the time. It's scary. It's a very scary position. You don't know how far they're going to go. One fight can escalate and turn into something you don't want."
The custody fight between Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over daughter Nahla is still going strong, UsMagazine.com reports. Berry made an appearance in family court on Tuesday and accused Aubry of violating an April custody agreement regarding their 3-year-old daughter.
Laura Wasser, Berry's Hollywood heavyweight attorney, submitted lengthy documentation focusing on Aubry's parenting skills. TMZ.com reports the Academy Award-winning actress alleges that Aubry neglected his daughter during an overseas visit and put her safety at risk.
The 44-year-old actress requested the judge rule that Aubry violated the agreement. Since he was not in court, the judge set a hearing for a later date.
Berry and Aubry first began fighting over custody in January. "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her," her rep told UsMagazine at the time.
"Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter's best interest," the rep added.

Stepping out with a girls best friend, Ashley Olsen was spotted leaving her New York City hotel with her pup in tow earlier today (June 28).
The 25-year-old fashion designer sported a simple yet chic look for morning outing, wearing a pair of over-sized sunglasses, a long, sheer beige dress, and black and gold sandals.
Meanwhile, Ashley and her fellow style-savvy twin sister Mary-Kate are gearing up for their latest venture, StyleMint, which launches Friday (July 1).
The t-shirt line, to be sold exclusively through the celebrity e-commerce site (StyleMint.com), is the second major site launched by BeachMint, which also began Kate Bosworth's jewelry site, JewelMint.
Shia LaBeouf has been heavily promoting the latest 'Transformers' film.
Shia LaBeouf could have used some protection from Optimus Prime at the SoHo Grand on Sunday night. A source tells us that when the "Transformers" star asked the hotel's staff where he could find a "cool" soiree to attend, he was directed to the Pride Party at the Yard, an outdoor space that the Grand recently opened, where the Misshapes and Matt Kays were providing the entertainment.
Little did LaBeouf know, the celebration was chockablock with gay men who, our insider says, "swarmed" the actor when he arrived with his girlfriend. The source says the quick-thinking LaBeouf used his lady as a buffer and the two started "hard-core making out," just in case any of the boys were getting ideas.
BOOTSY COLLINS brought the funk and Dr. Cornel West to B.B. King on Sunday night. The former Parliament-Funkadelic bassist and his all-star Funk U-nity band - which included P-Funk vets Bernie Worrell on keyboards, Blackbyrd McKnight on guitar, Frankie Kash on drums and Public Enemy's Colonel Hardgroove on bass and vocals - tore the roof off the packed house with the help of the Princeton professor. West declared Collins an "unadulterated genius" before performing "Don't Take My Funk," a track off Bootsy's new CD, "Tha Funk Capital of the World." West guest-stars on the album, too, as does his Obama debating partner, the Rev. Al Sharpton.
EMILY SANDBERG is bucking the assumption that models should be seen and not heard. The runway vet intends to pull the curtains open on the fashion world with her new blog, Supermodel Blogger.
"I'm at a point in my career where I'm okay to say some stuff, and I've got a lot to say," Sandberg tells us.
The beauty's latest feather-ruffling post seeks to show the hypocrisy of comments that Italian designer Giorgio Armani recently made about the increasing influence of banks in the fashion industry. Sandberg found the comments curious, given the nickel-anddiming she experienced when Armani wanted to use her services. (An Armani rep did not respond by deadline.)
Sandberg, who's working on a book, says she's writing "what a lot of people can't say or don't have a platform to say." And yes, she has already lined up her next target. Fashion agents, you've been warned.
ELIOT SPITZER'S days as a CNN talk-show host may be numbered. We hear the former New York governor has been informed that his show, "In the Arena," formerly "Parker Spitzer," will not be on the cable news network's schedule much longer. The issues-oriented program, which runs weekdays at 8 p.m., has been foundering in the ratings. One insider tells us that with buzz growing about a pending cancellation, staffers "are happy, not because they don't like Spitzer, but because the show's performance is not helping the network." When we asked a CNN spokeswoman for comment, she replied that "speculating on CNN's lineup has become a pastime of many, so we will decline to comment."
IS KRIS HUMPHRIES getting tired of people asking him where fiance Kim Kardashian is? The Nets forward just gave us a blank stare when we asked him if he was "rolling solo" at the Ainsworth on Sunday night. Humphries hit the W. 26th St. sports bar for a party for his mentor Trent Tucker's upcoming All 4 Kids Foundation Golf Tournament. Tucker's former Knicks teammates Patrick Ewing, Charles Oakley and Johnny Newman were also on hand. Later, Humphries did share that unlike a lot of athletes who are "broke," he lives modestly in Hoboken and doesn't have a lot of cars. "I drive an Escalade," he said. Just wait until you get married, buddy.
This week's episode of The Bachelorette opens with the news that Bentley, Ashley Hebert's former suitor who previously left the show (and left her in tears) had flown half way across the world to reunite with her in Hong Kong.
"I'm having a really hard time completely forgetting about Bentley, and what could have been," says Ashley (who was not privy to his mean-spirited comments until the show began airing). "When he left, he told me he wants to end on a 'dot, dot, dot.' That usually means 'to be continued.' I need the closure from Bentley to really move on."
What happened when the pair reunited? Keep reading:
After telling Bentley how difficult things had been for her since he left with ambiguous intentions, Ashley seems to quickly discern that he did not travel to Thailand to re-join the show.
"So this is our period?" she asks. And when Bentley continues to be vague but encourages her to explore what she has with the other men on the show, Ashley finally comes to the conclusion that he had been manipulating her.
"I cannot believe that I wasted so much time on Bentley," she said. "I needed this time away from him to be able to see through him. He's such a player. He disrespected me to the core. Bentley, if you're watching this, [bleep] you; I'm done with you."
With that closure ? and one all-important grammatical adjustment ? behind her, Ashley set sail on a one-on-one date with Lucas, and gave him a rose.
Next, she brings six of her remaining guys out on the water for another nautical date, awarding Ryan the sole bloom. And on her final one-on-one date of the episode, Ashley confides in J.P. about her controversial reunion, and gives him a rose.
And while Bentley is long gone by the time the cocktail party begins, the drama sticks around. Ashley shares the news about her rendezvous with the rest of the bachelors ? and some are far less supportive than J.P. of her quest for closure.
"She's wasting my f??ing time," says Lucas. "I was angry," adds Blake, while Mickey actually decides to leave the show and go home over the ordeal.
With four men left and three roses, Ashley says goodbye to Blake.
