Steel Magnolia bandmates Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones planning to marry in July of 2012.
The Steel Magnolia stars told Country Weekly they plan to get hitched on Joshua?s birthday next year, July 10, 2012.
Meghan isn?t certain about that date, saying, ?We were thinking about it. We?re going to see,? she says. ?See, he just thinks July 10 because of his birthday and I?m going, ?Well, do you know if it?s a Saturday? Is it a Tuesday?? He doesn?t think about those things.?
Joshua and Meghan actually got engaged four-and-a-half years ago, after dating for a year.� Jones gave Linsey his great grandmother?s antique ring, but Meghan wears it on her middle finger of her left hand because it?s too big.
?We?re technically engaged,? Linsey says. ?He?s waited so long that he?s going to have to re-ask.?
Meghan revealed, ?We went to Vegas for the ACMs and we went to dinner and we?re sitting there with our friends. We?re like, ?We should just go get married. Why not???
?And we ate too much,? Joshua says. ?And we were tired,? Meghan adds. ?So we feel like we?re married because we?re too tired to get married. It?s like an old couple or something.?
