Charlie Sheen's Lawsuit Setback

Back in the news again, Charlie Sheen may not get what he wants in his lawsuit against Warner Bros.

The former ?Two and a Half Men? star is attempting to sue Warner Bros. for $100,000,000 - claiming the studio had no right to fire him from his popular CBS comedy show.

According to TMZ, Sheen wanted the judge to rule the arbitration clause in his contract - which says the dispute would be handled privately, behind closed doors - as invalid, but the judge said the arbitration agreement is indeed valid, then leaving it to the arbitrator to decide if the matter would be resolved in private or in a public courtroom.

If all goes as desired for Charlie, he can still press his request for a public trial to the arbitrator.
