Lady Gaga didn't seem to notice her dress slip as she posed on the carpet at the CFDA Fashion Awards at NYC's Lincoln Center on June 6.It's a bit ironic, isn't it?
The same night Lady Gaga was feted at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards, she suffered one of her most revealing wardrobe malfunctions to date.
The pop star, who is no stranger to sporting risqu� outfits, gave photographers a little more than they bargained for when her strapless Mugler ensemble couldn't contain one of her best assets.
Gaga's breasts repeatedly peeked out from her low-cut outfit, with the singer either oblivious or, well, in her glory.
She later removed the long train from her bodice, and exposed her bottom through the sheer bodysuit she was wearing underneath.

The "Born This Way" songstress, who also wore an aqua wig and sky-high platform shoes, received one of the Council of Fashion Designers of America's top honors, the Fashion Icon award. The prize effectively served as a hearty endorsement of her increasingly wacky sense of style.

At an after-party, the 25-year-old ditched the corset and stuck with just the skintight bodysuit. She covered her nipples with black pasties and kept her nether region hidden with a black thong.
During her acceptance speech at Lincoln Center, Gaga recalled saving up to buy vintage Mugler before she was famous because she "had to have it."
"That's really what fashion is all about for me. I already felt like I had made it before I had made it," she told the audience at Lincoln Center that boasted names such as Marc Jacobs, Anna Wintour, Donna Karan and Michael Kors. "All of you made me feel like a star before I was. Thank you for believing in me."
