Billy Bob Thornton?s estranged daughter Amanda Brumfield was found guilty of manslaughter after a friend?s baby died in her care.
Amanda Brumfield, 32, is Billy Bob Thornton?s daughter from his first marriage to Melissa Gatlin.
In 2009, Brumfield was charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter in the death of one-year-old Olivia Garcia.
Amanda was babysitting her best friend?s daughter during an overnight stay at her home when the incident occurred and she waited over two hours to call police for help.
She claimed the baby had fallen from a playpen but prosecutors said it was impossible that a fall from that height could have caused the three inch fracture on Olivia?s skull.
Brumfield was found not guilty of first-degree murder and aggravated child-abuse charges, but guilty of aggravated manslaughter.
Billy Bob?s daughter will face sentencing in July.
