Cheryl Cole is now rethinking her career

Cheryl Cole has been in hiding since she was dumped from US X Factor last week, but the singer still managed to organise a good luck gift for her UK replacement Tulisa Contostavlos.

The 27-year-old Geordie sent Tulisa a huge bouquet of flowers.�

'They arrived at the hotel the morning of the first auditions, with a message saying: "Good luck with your first X Factor experience, Love Cheryl xx",' a source tells the Daily Mirror.

'Tulisa thought it was very sweet.'

N-Dubz star Tulisa is keen to show off her style credentials and kicked off her new job in a lip-print jumpsuit, followed by a neon print mini-dress the next day.

Joined on the panel by Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh, Tulisa's pleased with how things are going so far.�
