Canadian singer Shania Twain was honored with a star on Hollywood?s Walk of Fame, accompanied by her husband Frederic Thiebaud and former model pal Bo Derek.
Grammy-winning singer Shania Twain voiced her surprise at receiving such an honor.
?I mean, why is a girl from Timmins, Ontario, standing here, getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame?? Shania asked. ?I really don?t know ? it?s a small miracle, to be honest, that I am here today.?
Twain was joined by former actress and model Bo Derek as she received her star, the 2,442nd to grace the the Hollywood Boulevard sidewalk.
Shania, 45, recently wed Frederic Thiebaud, two years after splitting with her husband of 14 years (Mutt Lange) who had an affair with Frederic?s wife.
In our opinion, Shania and Frederic make a much nicer-looking couple!
The beautiful singer expressed her thanks on Twitter, writing, ?Thank you to all my fans and everyone who came out to the ceremony today.?
